Ootl (uːtəl)

Ootl (Old Common: ႳႲჅႪ; Undercommon : უტჵლ; Runic: ᚢᚾᛇᛚ; Khem: Υτολ) is one of the seven elemental deities. He is bound to the lement of Earth adn he is the god of nature. The roots of nature has spread the word of Ootl far and wide.

Epithets

Ootl is a scattered deity amongst themselves, yet a united force if they are threatened. So their fate has scattered across it many domains.

Ootl Damhain

Ootl Damhain is the epithet fo the Earth. It honours the earth as the method of life. It has built temples low in the ground as that is their place of power.

Ootl Cloch

Ootl Cloch is the epithet of stone, its followers mostly live deep in the ground or high in the mountains. Their followers built samll shrine in many places to honer the power of the Unyielding Stone.

Ootl Amhithe

Ootl Amhithe, or the Elder, is the father of animals. His followers mostly consits of hunters. They live of the land and hunt for their food, therefore they live a nomadic lifestyle.

Ootl Nadur

Ootl Nadur is the simplest of the epithets and has the most followers in the cities. They focus on a healthy lifestyle which honors nature in every way possible in an urban enviroment.

Ootl Cosaint

Ootl Cosaint is the epithet of protection. These warrior are focussed on protecting the nviroment, nature and their companions. They have their movable shrines which thay carry with to the battfield.

Focail na Gcrann

Unlike other deities Ootl has no centralized book of his beliefs and religion. Yet the Focail na Gcrann still exists. It is a holy stone which fell from the sky in the mythological ages, it toutlines the basic druidic beliefs. They have generalized to form the religion surrounding Ootl.

Children of Ootl

The Children of Ootl are a secret organization who hide in the shadows. They have taken the word of the Focail na Gcrann and forged it as their destiny to spread the widsom of Ootl. This may be done by word of mouth or by force of blade, either works in their mind. They view the society in ipiniun as they way forward, so they seek to create new drudic circles in other nations.

Lia Fail

Lia Fail is an outdoor druidic temple located in Ipinuin . It is said that this temple is located on one of the leylines. The temple reached it importance in the early years of this era, when the first High King of Ipiniun was coronated at the Lia Fail. He would go on and win all his battles and bask in glory.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Ootl wants to conserve the state of nature as it is. Multiple peoples have been intruding in the nature and damaging it in irrevertible ways. He wants to create make sure that his followers respect nature the way it is and spread his wisdom.
