Viscorin

Viscorin is a gnomish wizard. He has a nasally voice tanned skin and teal blue eyes he also wears a blue steeple hat and robes.
He is very knowledgeable about dragons and in general. A Viscorin worked with the wildfire druids and the party to steal a pair of dragon eggs.
The party later learned that a Viscorin lives in Hankala and that he had pulled off a high profile scam.
