Valmir Elakian

Lieutenant

Valmir Elakian is a lieutenant for the  House Daly army, working as a guard in Herald's Mountain. He was known among the guards for having a laissez-faire leadership style, and for wearing his signature winter coat despite the warm climate.
Valmir is easygoing and friendly getting along with most people. He respects orders and is not adverse to taking command.
Valmir was last seen misty stepping into a prison cell while severely wounded to escape a confrontation with the party.
