Session 2: The Convict

The party reconvened to follow the tracks Sebastian  found. They followed the damaged cart tracks for about an hour before finding the cart on the side of the road with its wheel off. Einar wildshaped into an elk and followed the instructions of a bird off the path with the rest of the party in tow.
The party eventually reconvened at an abandoned mineshaft where they persuaded the orcs on guard to ask their boss about a book that they were looking for. The party followed the orcs in and heard the boss kobold instruct some minions to kill the party, ridiculing the orcs for their idiocy. The party outmaneuvered the minions and engaged the kobold boss, orcs, and associates in combat. Most died in the ensuing encounter only a single kobold acolyte with a hat, an elf in worn yet fancy clothes, and some minions escaped the party. With the elf being hunted down later.
Searching some crates Sabastian found some equipment taken off of the House Daly cart, including uniforms and 4 healing potions. Along with 6 sticks of dynamite left over from the abandoned mine.
