Session 20: Fateful Goodbyes

The party interrogated Aubron Bellefond who was surprisingly forthcoming. He shared that he 'gifted' the kidnapped children immortality and eternal youth and the broad strokes of the ritual that he used to do it. Einar then slit Aubron's throat, but no blood came out. After a failed escape attempt Sebastian cut out Aubron's tongue, and cut off his hands.
The children were in various stages of goopiness, with some appearing completely intact such as Eloise to one being entirely skeletal, Juan. The party brought them to the guard captain and scheduled goodbyes with their parents before bringing them to Gacade to meet with Dedric.
While on route to Gacade, Sebastian removed a medallion from Aubron with a skull and a shovel on it. Upon arriving in Gacade Sebastian left Einar, Aubron, and the children in a safehouse while he retrieved his spymaster.
Upon arrival at the safehouse, Dedric asked Sebastian to leave, but Einar left his raven familiar in the rafters to spy on the conversation. Dedric called Aubron 'batshit insane' before telling the children to go upstairs. Aubron asked, "Pier /Pierre/ what are you doing among the land of the living?" before Dedric kicked his skull in. 
Dedric then found the children and explained that they'd be moved and that he'd figure out what to do with them.
The following day Sebastian went to Dedric for his pay which consisted of 150 platinum moons, 7 gemstones valued at 100 gold suns each, a giant slayer battleax, an Ioun stone of reserve, and iron bands of Bilarro. Sebastian managed to sell the gems for a total of 850 gold suns.
