Rainbow Coalition

Shortly after the Birth of magic six elven families established themselves as the leaders of the elves. They were later joined by House Nelum. The head of each of these seven elven families holds a seat on the council known as the Rainbow Coalition. Each of the head elven families has several vessel families.
