Kel and his 'lot' are a Dwarven mining crew that were once situated in the glowing desert. Now they reside in Raam, and mine a small bit of iron that the Gladiators found in exchange for their fealty to Lowe.
Besides being a master engineer, Kel is also a man who loves to play dice. His favorite game is 'Ship of Fools'.
