Hold breath

See Starseeker rules, 'Conditions'  

Jumping

Assumes a 10 foot running head start, otherwise it is 1/2 the value below You can extend your arms upwards, half your height above you
  • Long Jump = 1ft x (Strength Score)
  • High Jump = 3ft + (Strength mod)
 

Falling damage

See 'Adventuring' in the Player's Handbook. If declared before any rolls are requested, and the player has time to spend an Action before falling, they can attempt to fall to a tumble. Roll an acrobatics check, where the DC is the height they are falling. If they succeed, they take no damage. A monk's superior 'slowfall' replaces this ability.
