Removable Body Parts:
  1. Eye: As an Action or Bonus Action, you can remove your eye. You see through this eye in addition to the one still in your head.
  2. Hand: As an Action, you can remove your hand. Until replaced you no longer have an offhand. you can make attacks from a second location as a bonus action, your hand has a movement speed of 20 ft. and hit points equal to 5+Endurance/Constitution modifier but cannot be targeted directly. This hand can make stealth checks using your modifier. In the event of its untimely demise it becomes damaged and must be repaired during a long rest.
  3. Arm: As an Action you can remove your arm, extending your reach by 5 ft. until it is replaced. Your arm becomes a melee weapon that can be utilized by anyone.
  4. Ear: As an Action or Bonus action, you can remove your ear. You can hear whatever transpires where your ear is left in addition to what you could normally.
 
Inorganic Material:
Synthetics gain the following benefits:
  • Are Immune to addiction from chems, but can still utilize them.
  • Do not require food, drink, or sleep
  • Do not need to breathe
  • Are Immune to Radiation
  • Are Immune to Poison and Disease
 
Some Assembly Required:
For Synthetics, being in one piece isn't as manditory as it is for other species. As an action, you can be dismantled into smaller pieces to aid in fitting smaller spaces. You are treated as one size smaller, and remain operable for 8 hours. After which the parts minus your head will begin to lose power and will need to be recharged via a long rest.  
Electric Subseptability:
Synthetics are weak to electrical damage, and as a result are vulnerable to it.
