Long Rest

A character can undertake a long rest to recover themselves. When undertaking a 8 hour period asleep, the following is restored to a character:

• All Missing Hit Points
• All Missing Juice
• Half of their Expended Hit Dice
• -25 points of Sleep Deprivation
