Drained Attributes

The following effects can reduce an ability score:

• Debilitations
• Crippled Limbs
• Weaknesses

Whenever an ability score is reduced by any means, the features that require a specific score may become inactive until the score is reached again. For example, if a character has Return to Sender and gets minor radiation poisoning and their Endurance/Constitution falls below 20, the feature is disabled until it is cured.
