A talent company specializing in boybands and male idols. It's also known among other record companies for having very experimental ways of operating. Founded and owned by Benjirou and Benjirou Baker. Unlike most talent agencies, the idols live and are schooled there (in case they want to venture on to other careers).

History

Recognizing the amount of talent among youth and the lack of music being targeted toward them, Benji took this as an opportunity to seize a market. In 75, he and his husband purchased an abandoned corporate building and established Baker’s Talent Agency. Along with their ex-managee Kenji, the three created a environment for musically talented young men to live, get an education, and train for performances.
