The desert city at the southernmost ends of Astriel. Home to several species of reptilian folk, the Crown of Scales, and Torm's Temple.

A successful stealth, deception, or sleight of hand check will hide it, but on failure she will warn them they hold something incredibly dangerous, and that the only people who know what they are, are willing to kill for them. The stone would be safer with her, but the choice is theirs
Kerthax will talk about how the White Rose throne is up to something, and while they're not entirely sure what, Vahn's resurrection cannot be a good sign. He'll ask Fenriel to join his side for when the WR Throne does act.
As long as they are in Tratas, they are under the protection of the Crown of Scales, no outside forces can touch them. The Savior of Tratas, nor any she calls friend shall not be harmed. That is the word of the Crown.
If Strick asks about the Arcane Brotherhood, Kerthax will mention their members are forbidden in the city. Strick will not have anything to worry about, as they know what the brand means.
That doesn't mean brothers are not in the city. A yuan-ti conjurer wizard named Zsimas will wait for them to be alone and attack them with the intent to kill Strick.
An issue that's been plaguing the city, that authorities want to keep hush-hush is that guards have been finding corpses of homeless people drained of blood. It's been happening for just over 2 weeks, and the numbers are starting to grow. Two days ago a priest of Torm was found, the attacks are getting more serious, and whatever's doing this is growing more bold. The Crown can afford to give them 2500 gold for putting a stop to this.
The following day, Eyyin will go to the temple of Tratas to give her condolences to the monks. She will be accompanied. by her displacer beast companion Carn.
