A peace conference was held in Vleka discussing a treaty to end the bloodshed and declare Astor-Banthum two countries. Both leaders, K'to and Azukan, attended. Tension was in the air as the two sides approached on semi-friendly terms, but it was shattered when the two leaders bowed respectfully to each other.   An 86-page treaty was signed at the end of the conference, diving Astor-Banthum into two and marking the end of the Discovery Era.
