Asthania Aeland in Crisis

Welcome to Asthania, a vast world of mystery and intrigue. Our story begins on the continent of Aeland, the homeland of the Dwergazi and the Manni. It has been 889 years since the fall of the Dwergazi Empire and their banishment from the Meta Realm.   The Manni have spread out and reclaimed much of the land, but new challenges arise. In the east, the old Manni kingdoms vie for power right as the Emperor of Aedora is ill under mysterious circumstances. Aedora is now divided among the noble houses: who becomes the next Emperor?   The Albizi colonization of the continent continues unimpeded as they slice through the weak Manni defenses in south. The Manni lands in the west are suffering from famine due to unusually poor weather as both pirates and Albizi raid shipping lanes around the continent. Meanwhile, in Ethun, the ancient home of the Dwergazi, a dark power grows.
