church of the living pantheon

the church of the living pantheon is a group dedicated to worshiping awakened individuals as gods or demigods.  Largely reverent of those awakened, their goals are to aid or record the deeds of the awakened, who they see as living saints.  A mostly decentralized religion, those who believe in the church of the living pantheon are mostly those who have been positively affected by an awakened.  Sermons are mostly the retelling of the deeds of its saints or news relating to or affected by awakened individuals.  Often, local awakened are most popular in sermons, as those attending may have a chance to meet those featured in sermons, and the church's focus is on the tangible nature of its deities.
Believers refer to themselves as witnesses, but many who oppose the belief call them monster worshippers.
