Located in in the South West of Northern Thromosoas, a nation of primarily humans with few half races with limited rights. It is ruled by a totalitarian dictatorship with a social classes organized by tribalism, there is no family names only the clan and their crew on their ship. The Ruler is determined by the strongest person in the strongest clan, anyone in can challenge and make a claim to be the Fleet Admiral but first they must prove their clan is stronger by going to war agents the current ruling clan defeat them then the leader of that clan then becomes the new Fleet Admiral.
