Aya

Aya is the biggest continent, located on the West of Asmarat. It's landmass is greater than Gaia and Cromia summed together. It was the target of the Great Travels, where colonies took place all around the continent, generating many villages and cities not only around the coast, but into the forests, deserts and mountains as well. Later on, the colonies would turn independent, creating nations of different cultures and ethics. These differences would make all subsequent wars to have meaning to their soldiers and citizens, and once done, they would establish the territories that are now respected as the respect for politics and the need for a external market grew.
The continent of Aya was always the most involved in internal wars with their inner conflicts, and it doesn't seem like that is changing too soon.

Geography

The Northern section of Aya, is mostly composed of dense forests along plains, plateaus and small mounts.
The middle section is separated by Eastern and Western. The Western part is mostly mountain ranges, whereas the Eastern is composed of mostly plains with few big mountains scattered. Both parts are covered by jungle and dense forests.
The Southern section is mainly swamps and deserts. It is the most brutal section of Aya, where the most vegetation you'll find are small trees and bushes.
