Verugar

Verugar is home to the Orcs and most of the Dwarven under cities. and few Goliath strongholds. Skirmishes are common between them though strides have been made to an uneasy truce after a plague forced many from their homes to seek shelter amongst the dwarven capital.

Verugar is a mostly dry boreal kingdom, with most of it's mountains and forest in the north, with much dryer more arid climate to the south. Though during summer months, volcanic activity can make the land unbearably hot. Farmers and ranchers have taken to migrate vast heards into Thylendell grasslands for those months.

Than Buldar A fairly new city only just over a century old, built by dwarves, orcs and goliaths to escape the plague that threatened them all at one time. The king of the dwarves rules from the high seat, along with the Jarl of the goliath clans and the Governour from the orc clans, who act as his council. The city of Than Buldar was built upon a gold mine which was discovered at the turn of the last century; slowly building from basically nothing to an above ground city, and a dwarven metropolis underneath the surface. Even now, the city is still under construction on the surface, and ever expanding below; the eastern side of the city is undergoing a major expansion for the ever growing population.



A tall citadel like building protrudes from the centre of the city, its tallest tower breaking through the clouds. Walls curve around the outside of the city, tall and built from dark stone bricks. The wandering herds of Goliaths, and nomadic Orc tribes in the region travel to Than Buldar mostly for supplies, if they are unavailable to them in the wilds.
