Founding
Idorough was formally founded when the population of the hamlet reached 500, as that was the minimum number of people needed to found a town as decreed by the First.
Idorough began as a single home and small mine run by a single family (whose name has been lost to time). Their modest house began to expand as sons and daughters left and returned with families and soon a small community had formed. They enlisted the help of a nearby town for lumber and began building official buildings, as was necessary by Royal law. In Buain of 154, the people of Idorough filed for township and were approved, marking the official founding of the city.
