The Fourth King received a prophecy from a prophet in the summer of 870 TE

In the summer of 870, the Fourth King received a prophecy that predicted the return of the Voiders and Wyrueir at the hands of a Mad King. It also stated that, 150 years after his rule began, on the longest night during the bleakest year, a hero called the Ashblood would be born with the power to destroy him when the Creator could not. The prophesized location of the birth: the Crimson City.   It was determined that the city was Idorough due to its red color, and, after the prophecy was made public, the church soon erected a monument to the prophecy.   The full contents of the prophecy, however, were never made public and are of great debate by the Firebloods and other factions who search for the chosen one.
