40 years after the beginning of the Sixth Age, the Sixth King stepped down from his position and allowed mortals to rule Arrijion once more.

The Sixth King came into power after he was able to kill the Fifth with the help of the still-living First and Second Kings. He reestablished order in the land and brought back the old ways of governing before ceding the throne to a mortal he trusted, bring about the first age of men in thousands of years.   Of course, this ended when the Mad King returned from the dead and killed the mortal king as well as the visiting Sixth king before returning Wyrueir to Fahkaugr and bringing about the Seventh Age.
