Dragonfolk
Basic Information
Anatomy
They are humanoid in shape with vary degrees of mutations from jagged spine encrusting their whole body to large leathery wings growing out their back to longer bodies with extra limbs coming of the mid-section. Usually always very muscular and strong bone structure.
Biological Traits
Compared to the Lizardfolk, the Dragonfolk are shorter but stronger than them; however, they aren't expected to live long into dragon hood due to the volatile social environment they live in. They have an increased rate of mutation relative to how old they are. They come in scale colors of blue, red, black, copper, brown, sandy brown, and gold
Genetics and Reproduction
They reproduce heterosexually
Growth Rate & Stages
It takes about 10 years to 10 months to reach maturity based on what brood they are from
Ecology and Habitats
Dragonfolk thrive in extreme deserts, areas with active volcanoes, and venerable wastelands. This somewhat due to Dragonfolk having less psychological inhibitions than most other races, so they are able to do more morally questionable things for the sake of survival; however, it more has to do with Dragonfolk being cold-blooded and being extremely heat resistant, so they need extreme heat in order to regulate their body temperature.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Extremely carnivorous, but they can eat vegetation if they have to. Due to the nature of a Dragonfolk's organs, they can eat just about anything, even their own kind, with little to no medical repercussions. Dragonfolk normally hunt and eat their prey on the spot.
Biological Cycle
As Dragonfolk grow older, they gain more and more mutations and slowly become true feral dragons. This process can be accelerated by extreme acts of wrath, greed, pride, sloth, lust, envy, and gluttony.
Additional Information
Social Structure
The Dragonfolk have an ever-changing hierarchy. Leaders of tribes usually get killed by another tribe, a feral dragon, or a devil on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. There is a great push for each and every person within Dragonfolk culture to seek out their own claim and distrust everyone around them. To be selfish above everything and to rule with a tyrannical and ironclad fist; however, there has been a push against this, as an autocratic faction has appeared in the southern regions of the Dragonfolk's land.
Facial characteristics
Angular, with many horns and spikes usually coming out.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
The Dragonfolk are only found north of the continent of the Lizardfolk, connected by a long strip of land. This land is marked by thousands of miles of wasteland and desert along with increased volcanic activity due to the influence of the God of Destruction.
Average Intelligence
Though they have the same mental capacities as the Lizardfolk, they have slowly begun devolving back into feralness due to the corruption of the home they live in.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
While most of their other senses are generally the same as most other humanoids, Dragonfolk can feel the temperature around them, can see much better in the sunlight than other creatures, and can also smell a person's body heat

History
The Dragonfolk were created when some Lizardfolk tribes were persuaded to come north by the God of Destruction. They did this because they were experiencing a great famine due to a recent, devastating drought. When they came up there, the God of Destruction slowly corrupted their society and turned it into what most Dragonfolk are like today. The Dragonfolk have always been jealous of the bountiful land of the Lizardfolk, so they have invaded and tried to take over many times in the past, only to be pushed back into the desolate wasteland that they call home.
