Asgorath

It has been fifty years since the end of the Galactic War of Unification, culminating in the forces of the Outer Rim’s devastating final loss on Miranda.   Bloody and beaten, the worlds of the Outer Rim were finally forced under the control of the Twin Sun’s Alliance, the unifying government of the Core Worlds. The Outer Rim worlds were forced to surrender their resources and then left to struggle while the Core Worlds flourished.   But tensions are rising again. Forces from outside the Asgorath System’s Crystal Sphere have gathered together to seal the system off, fearing some unknown horror that is beginning to rear its head within the system.   With travel outside of the Asgorath System now impossible and life in the Outer Rim worse than ever, there are mutterings in the Outer Rim of a new resistance forming to fight the Core Worlds.   As destiny pulls together an unusual band of misfits on the scrapper planet of Bracca, galactic cogs start turning they will change the fate of the Asgorath System forever.
