Coulian

"Coulian" refers to mainly to people living in Coul, but can refer to those who follow similar traditions or live near to Coul. For example, the northernmost Midlanders before the Quarasian War could have been referred to as Coulian. Coulians in general are quite similar to Central Villkommt, as Coul was settled almost entirely by Villkommt pioneers.
