Structure

The guild is headed by an unknown master who rotates every 3 years. Assassins work their way through tiers based on their competence and loyalty, each subsequent tier earning more money and being assigned to higher profile jobs.

History

The Assassin’s Guild as it currently stands is surprisingly new. Some say there was an original assassin’s guild in the time of the First King, however there has been no evidence to prove this. The Assassin’s Guild was founded shortly before the Great War under the reign of Komodraxus and rose to prominence by performing assassinations for the different parties of the war. Even after the war finished, they continued to operate from a secret location in Empala where they remain to this day. Not a lot is known about their operations, as the majority of people who come into contact with them do not survive to tell the tale. Their only motivation seems to be money, with no notable political agenda to speak for. They are known to keep their members in line through fear and violence, dealing harsh punishments to any that do not do exactly as requested by them. There is currently an active initiative to locate and destroy the guild, lead by ex-member Valencia.
