Strauset (Straw-sut)

One of the few great cities still remaining, Strauset stands as the capital of The New Human's Alliance. Although inside the walls the buildings stand in good shape and the people live quiet lives, beyond that poverty is rife within the territory. Decorative flourishes are an extremely rare sight in the main districts of the city apart from on the richer resident's homes. Mostly the city is built with sturdy stone and iron for defences which speaks of the practical minds of those in charge. Only those fully fledged citizens of the NHA are allowed to have accommodation inside the confines of the tall grey walls of the once great city.
