Arracartt

A world where only a few people know of magic, while the rest are left oblivious to its extrodanaries.   There are 4 main nations/countries; Eustara (ice mountains with a secluded society of Shifters), Oblitus (the old state, with crumbling borders and infested with crime and outlaws), Newland (the shining state with new technology) and Sunndya (a mostly desert country with tropical jungle on the outskirts).   There is also an unknown island, The Isle of Mystory, but no one is aware of its existence or has left alive.
