Partisan Triumvirate

The Partisans are the Oath Bastion guard, a combination of military forces from both the northern realms and the southern realms of the Dragonborn. The Partisans swore oaths to serve and uphold Bastion law over there nations pride and prejudices. Their creation was a result of war between the Humans and Dragonborn when they came into contact with eachother at Coreinars Grasp. The war ended through diplomatic means, and the agreement of peace led to the formation of the Partisans, a barrier to either nation from betraying their word.
