Dragonborn

The society of Dragonborn have lived upon the southern sands since prior to recorded history, the Metallic Dragonborn capital of Arkhon has stood for thousands upon thousands of years. These towering, scaled people are spiritual, religious and borderline zealots, for they worship their god with a blinding fervor. The Dragonborn theocracy has ruled the Dragonsveil undisputedly, as far as their history books say. But these history books do not explain the ancient ruins of a previous civilisation that are spread across the Dragonsveil, buried beneath the sands.
The metallic worshippers of Bahamut and the chromatic worshippers of Tiamat have slain eachother in the name of their gods in a holy dragon war for a countless number of years. But victory came to the metallic Dragonborn, eventually. They eradicated all temples and cities built under the faith of The Scaled Tyrant, Tiamat, for their very existence was a sin to The Platinum Dragon, Bahamut. The metallic Dragonborn now rule the sands, and the chromatics have been assimilated into Bahamut's domain. These histories have created a caste system that heavily affects Dragonborn society, Metallics are born to opportunity and wealth, with the Silver Dragonborn at the highest caste. The Chromatics live humbly, oppressed as the lesser people of society.
