Prydel

Prydel is the home of the richer folk of Moonsea Isle, who live in isolation after The Absorption of Moonsea Isle. While some think that it's a blessing that they're separated from the "poor people", the majority of the population believe that this forced isolation is a curse.
The small island is made up of beautiful villas on all sides of the coast, with a district in the middle of the island for all of the necessary people who aren't rich (maids, cooks, gardeners, and other servants).

History

Shortly after the The Absorption of Moonsea Isle, the nobility and administrators of the archipelago were given a choice; to be killed or to be exiled to a beautiful island, separated from the vast majority of the population of Moonsea Isle. Naturally, most of those offered the choice took the latter option. Thus in the short year following the occupation, the elite are once again living lives of luxury, in beautiful villas with beautiful vistas. However, those that live on the island cannot, without invitation from the basilissa herself, leave the island through any means (magical or mundane).

Natural Resources

Most food is imported onto the island via ships from either Castile or The Grand City of Loressa, however Prydel is known for it's beautiful tropical fruit orchards that feed the elite.
