Amari Castallion is the elven representative of Moonsea Isle to basilissa Kassandra Agalenthia. As such, they are privy to much information coming and going from their homeland.

Born in Castile the young elf's inherent talent for magic surfaced when they almost set the local barn on fire in a child-hood tantrum. Upon hearing of this, an envoy of wizards Prydel soon arrived and offered them a place within their school, where they could monitor them and their talents. Thus, Amari and their mother lived in Prydel for many years, where they learnt much on matters of the Weave and how to best harness their powers.
