Those that Whisper. The name of a cult that passes on the whispers in the dark. Dark foreboding messages of the dead rising. The Rumors that the Prime Doomsayer will rise again. Only this time his arrival will not bring a message of peace, but one of Ultimate Submission and Domination of every sentient being. When the Prime Doomsayer returns he will not be one to give second chances.
