When a human and an orc mate, there is the possibility that an offspring is born.
Most of the time it will be a female orc and a male human, as when to other way around, most female humans die because of the gruesome creature in their womb.

Physically more fit than a human is, the half-orc looks human-like with orcish features. Like grey skin and smaller tusk puncturing from the bottom jaw.
