Floatsam Elle (a.k.a. "The Bard")

I was born by a High elf mother and a human father. My dad was introduced into magic through my mother who was a powerful magic user.
My mom left the elven forest on good terms, she wanted something different than typical eleven society. She was more individualistic than other elves and it started to deteriorate her relationship with the other elves. She decided to live on the main continent to get away but she still keeps in contact with many of her elf friends. Since her father is a High Evlen Mage she's not allowed to leave the Empire.
My mom decided to settle down in Buckington after staying in the Captial for a couple of months. The hustle and bustle was too much and she wanted a more calm life living in one of the small cities. After living in Buckington for a few years she met my dad, they ended up getting married and having me. While I was being raised they told me lots of stories about legendary creatures like Dragons and Pheonixes. My mom also started training me as a magic user from early on.
After Floatsam had a turning point in his life, he abandoned his want to become a full wizard as his mother wanted and turned to become a bard without his parents knowing.

cocky and likes to be clued in has a knack for obtaining information regardless of if it's useless or not as long as floatsam believes it will be important to his goal or gets him closer. He will not actively pursue information but if theres an opportunity he feels is good he will try to take it

About as much of a text book bard as you can get, cocky and confident. he will try to talk his way out of something rather than straight combat but it not afraid to do so and will do so
