The Battle of Eselin Bay

For nearly twenty years, Adholian pirates had harassed the coasts of the Kingdom of Axmund. Arler Dreadnaught learned that a great force of pirates, including their flagship the Dreadbringer, was gathering just beyond the Eselin Bay. He readied the Axish fleets, and when the force advanced into the bay, they found themselves surrounded by Axish ships which blocked both their path forward as well as their retreat out of the bay. The pirate fleet fought desperately, but was destroyed, and the Dreadbringer was captured.
