The Eternal Watch

Within the Dwarven city of Neykaurit, a group of Dwarves are known to spend months at a time standing watch around the city. They are not Dwarven law, they will not stop criminals. They are The Eternal Watch. They are a highly secretive order who exist separately, but are supported by, the Dwarven leadership. Nobody but the watch themselves truly know what their purpose is. Some rumors exist that the Eternal Watch were initially responsible for defeating a Titan a millenia ago, and that they now stand watch to ensure they do not return. Of course nobody believes these rumors, since they are merely children's stories, and many people believe they take advantage of these stories just to attract tourists to Neykaurit. People will come far and wide to see the beautiful city of Neykaurit, as well as these mysterious dwarves. Many who show up do so in the hope that they will get to see one of the Dwarves move in the rare occurrence where there's a changing of the guard.
