Alloy

The Free City, or as most call it, Alloy, is the capital of Quintessence. It is ruled by The Lady of Brass, whom many regard as a fair and just ruler. She maintains Alloy as a city where all are welcome, as long as you leave your violence behind you. Creatures from any dimension are welcome within the walls of Alloy, but the Lady of Brass has absolutely zero tolerance for fighting in her streets. Her rule is enforced by the Court of Elements, who permeate the city and are ready to stop any violence that erupts at a moments notice.
Alloy is a city with booming trade, especially due to the extra-planar visitors. Fey from Arcadia can be seen carousing through the streets, those with the knowledge and power to travel from Terra can frequently be found here, fell creatures from The World Below are often unseen but fill the darker corners of the city.
Every once in a while a being from beyond Aether will make a visit to Alloy. This is a rare occurrence, but the Lady of Brass ensures these visitors receive top accommodations, whether they are from the Court of Celestia, the Court of All Flesh, or from the deepest pits of the Abyss. Celestials are the rarest of these visitors, as most cannot stand to be even within the same plane as a demon without being able to smite it where it stands, for as powerful as these beings are, they stand no chance against the combined might of the Lady of Brass's forces.
