Magical Library

Purpose / Function

A repository of knowledge and a place of study. Contains both Spell Books and desks for copying spells into a Wizard's personal spell book. Also contains books of history, biology and even some mathematics.
Game wise, it's a place for players to search and copy out new spells (not without both cost and difficulty due to the place being disorganised and warped magically) and search for extra info on chosen subjects. Also can be used as a story setting.
