Windcatchers

Utility

Like the towers found in North Africa and the Middle East, the Khaisi windcatchers are positioned with the wind coming towards them, which then go into the house and are trapped. Inside are many Wind Stones. Though they can make lightning themselves, it has been found that manipulating the wind makes a far weaker and, therefore, less dangerous force. Thus the wind is captured, and power is generated.   Other wind towers work like the North African and Middle Eastern to ventilate and cool and use Water and Fire runes to manipulate the winds to other houses during hotter times. The wind goes to vents under the homes extended from the ground and shoots upwards through unique wooden lattice vents. The Fire rune will become more potent during colder weather to deliver more hot air through the vents.   If there isn't wind then the lightning runes can act on their own, but require observation as not to destroy the towers.

Manufacturing

The towers are made of wood instead of the clay found in North Africa and the Middle East, making them more durable and can stay strong in higher wind levels. It is basically like making a small (5 metres x 5 metres) but tall (50 metres) wooden tower with four long holes at the top structure.

Social Impact

The windcatchers allowed for clean and easily active energy to be around the Archipeligo of seasons.
Access & Availability
There are a lot of Wind towers around the prefectures in every single district. These wind towers can power entire regions and homes.
