Tritonia

Among the waves of the western South Ocean, three tall towers are positioned around a central island in an equilateral triangle. Each tower is built into the sea floor and rises all the way above the cresting waves, and the three are connected to each other by support beams. This realm is Tritonia, home of the triton humanoid race.
The tritons are generally a proud, benevolent, and stubborn people, doing whatever they believe serves the greater good without room to plan or debate. They firmly believe that it is their solemn duty to protect the central island, and consistently reject would-be visitors without providing much reason. The tritons are allies of the sea elves of Rainbow Reef, but tend to keep to their own domain rather than maintaining communication and contact.
