The Overseer

The city of Crow's Brook has no government, as all of Scorch Alley is an anarchy. Its post office is the closest thing to true leadership. The people working there collectively call themselves the Overseer. Their role in the city is to manage communications with other cities across Archestria, and to share any noteworthy announcements to the town. They run on donations and exchanges of information.
