King Tokkenhar

King Tokkenhar was the strong yet kind-hearted king of the Storm Giants of Whirlstrom. He lived for over 400 years, and passed away in the year 200.

King Tokkenhar's final decree was that the storm giants would aid the sea elves of Rainbow Reef in their defense against the sahuagin. He promised this aid after adventurers rescued the storm giants during 2023-09-19 Whirlstrom.
