This magical tattoo marks members of the Inkpot Gods, and can only be applied by Malivette Nemkin. When the bearer of this tattoo is targeted by a Scrying spell cast by another bearer of this tattoo, the target is considered to be familiar, and the connection the tattoo provides acts as a lock of hair (providing a total Save Modifier of -15).

Once per dawn, as a bonus action, the tattoo may be activated by the bearer to send a one-word message to all other tattoo bearers on the same plane of existence.
