Western Arcasai

The western half of Arcasai is composed of two islands and the three city states that govern them. This region has outlawed magic due to its dangerous nature, as well as the fact anyone born there is unable to use magic.
The easternmost island is split into ネオンしま Neonshima and せたいしま Setaishima.

The strait between East and West Arcasai is 400 miles wide at the narrowest point, and 500 miles at the widest.
