Anxiety

Finn looked at the food in front of her. She knew she had to eat... but she felt sick to her stomach. She settled for a drink of water and returned to her room. She hadn't eaten since she got there. Training was getting even harder than normal, and she knew she had to eat something but she couldn't bring herself to do it. It was effort enough to get out of bed in the morning.   A knock on the door made her jump. Magnan opened the door, a soft pitying expression crossing his face when he saw her curled on the bed.   "Finn. I know you're not eating. That's dangerous." He walked over and sat beside her, interlacing his fingers on his lap. Finn suddenly felt uncomfortable. This was wildly different from the aggressive tone Magnan carried when he was training them. He was such a completely different person that Finn stared at him suspiciously.   Magnan sighed. "I'm responsible for all my trainees. I can't train you if you're not taking care of yourself. I need you to eat and quite frankly you need that yourself." Finn's eyebrows pulled together in confusion, and she got up to go into the dorm bathroom. If Magnan hadn't placed his hand on her shoulder, she wouldn't have believed the person in the mirror was her. Her eyes and cheeks were sunken in. Her skin was grey and her lips were cracked. She looked like she had a disease.   "If this is really what you want to do with your life, then you've got to work hard to reach that goal. Nothing in life comes easy, and sometimes you need to force your way through it. Discipline is what you need
