The Grand College of Ribartok
A school/settlement for wizards. It trains the vast majority of all wizards on the continent and is a self sufficient settlement in it's own right.
Infrastructure
There are mines for metal and precious stones in the mountainous area, and fisheries in the lake. The northern and eastern areas of the settlement are used for farming, orchards and forestry. The central area is dedicated to the actual university as well construction and crafts.
