Agenda and trade

The silvered are a organization filled with secrets. The type of a secret varies, but usually it's in the lines of "Why did the local fortune teller suddenly disappear?". It is publicly known that The silvered are making magical users, or those who claim to use it, disappear behind the curtain. But nobody lifts a finger since in the Nordic dwarven kingdoms it is widely accepted.
The silvered also take care of the magical beasts, werewolves, wyverns and wyrms. So the public opinion is quite positive and supportive.

Organizational structure

The silvered is a very lawful society of people, you fall out of line, you are banished from the kingdom or even executed for treason. That said there is a very strong line of command in the silvered ranks. On top of everything is the grand master, the oldest and the most experienced. Second in command is the marshal, whom the grand master has appointed as his right hand man. Other ranks include: The general, colonel, leader and swordsmen.

Politics

It's in no need of stating that the silvered have their claws in every nordic dwarven royal court. They usually fiddle around with the court officials and even the kings themselves. That is why The silvered are so powerful. Yes they can get you out of the stage on their own expense. But they don't need to.

Internal politics

Sometimes it is hard to follow the grand master's orders when he's on the other side of the continent. That is why it is now uncommon to hear internal conflict stirring in The silvered ranks. Many minor organizations have been born from this conflict, like the Golden guard, and Silver blades. But they are kept as outlaws by the dwarven kingdoms of the north.
