A small fort that used to be owned by the Bilge rat pirates. Hells Reach was the first large base of operations for the Sun Horde Pirates.

The walls of the old fort have been renforced and 10 inch twin gun turrets have been placed on top of the old towers. Ten 3 inch anti aircraft cannons are dug into defensive positions around the perimeter. these guns are DP and can be leveled to act as land based artillery.
