Manifestation

The beings of Aperture have no need to eat food, drink water, etc. and though food does grow, it does not do so for the purpose of consumption. Any being, so long as they are in Aperture, will not need to to eat and/or drink; sleep is also optional, though still enjoyed.

Localization

This law is found to be true no matter where in Aperture an adventurer may find themselves.
